| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine nine research and development projects in the field of high-technologies industries which are financially or legally supported by the US government agencies in the 'framework' of Government-Business interaction. These projects are as follows: 1. Artificial Intelligence 2. Space Shuttle 3. Software system 4. Biotechnology 5. New materials 6. Energy diversification 7. Establishment of MCC 8. Genetics 9. VHSIC My progressive study implies that the US Government policy in each field mentioned above is well implemented in the industries concerned, in order to improve their international competitiveness, mainly against Japan and EC. |
