As main objects of study Genshin's "Makura no Soshi" and "Shin? Nyo?Kan" were used, with Bankei's religious thought also taken into consideration in its connection with the fundamental enlightenment. Bankei, a Zen Master, lived in the early Tokugawa Period.  In the course of the study, the form of thought represented in Karl Jaspers' "Das Lesen der Chiffreschrift" would be examined. Also, a reference would be made the religious thought of the Early Egyptians, which seems optimistic in contrast to that of the Semitic Peoples.}, pages = {1--13}, title = {X体験の研究 III : 本覚思想について}, volume = {7}, year = {} }
