It has been argued that a false housing registry, in particular registered by other than a lessee, should have been available as replacement of a registry of Leasehold interest.\n　The Japanese courts have still denyed the security of Leasehold interest in the case of other than the lessee. Justification, however, should be reviewed from the standpoint of protecting the lessee.
