 note = {The main purpose of this paper is to examine the scope, trends and factors related to the causes and outcome of recent monetary revolution in the US financial market. It is well acknowledged that a starting point of this argument is based upon the goverment deregulation policies for the major industries including the liberalization of interest rates in the financial market. The above issues are not only academically interesting, but also important to Japan, because most of the experts in this field anticipate that similar trends will happen in Japan in the near future. This kind of argument as well as the hypothesis is supported by various data which include the result of growing globalization and interdependence of US? Japan financial transactions.
　On this regard, this paper is composed of the following tpoics :
Government deregulation policy toward major industries; trends of the monetary revolution; background of the monetary revolution ; influence of the monetary revolution ; issues and prospect.
