| 内容記述 | The lifetime employment system is one of the three sacred treasures of Japanese Management. But, as a matter of fact, Japanese enterprises would never employ people for life. For example, (1) the life expectancy for Japanese people is 75.23 years (men) and 80.93 years (women), but the retirement age has only been 60 years old recently. (2) the more the 60 year old retirement age policy increases, the more the introduction of choice retirement about 45 years increases. (3) a loaned worker and change of work increases before retirement age. In these situations the lifetime emploment has never existed in Japanese Management. |
