But many challenges to those in the living area have'nt succeeded in many countries except in a few cases. At the beginning of this year, a certain business of this kind in Japan using a comparably large scale facsimile network was obliged to stop its main services after two years' run. Conditions for the success in the living area seem to be fairly different from those in the business one, and it becomes important that those conditions for success are made clear.
