| 内容記述 | The function of surveying the literature is to provide a starting point for constructing one's own view on and framework for the specific field of analysis for the thesis. In what follows, the analytical topics relevant for the financial behaviour of corporations are surveyed. The first two sections are devoted to a critical look at the neoclassical theory of the firm and the theory of finance. Sections 2.3 and 2.4 review some concepts such as the market process, disequilibrium, and adaptive expectations. Since an effort is made to be as concise as possible in each section, the literature and the topics surveyed below are not comprehensive nor exhaustive. | |||||||
