After taking an overview of world demand and supply side aspects of food (agricultural products), we investigated some typical subsistence agricultural regions. And we conducteda survey using a questionnaire form that places special emphasis on "the safety, reliability and the health considerations of food." This survey was carried out to grasp the real sense of 267 customers of the direct marketing shop (a direct sales depot ) named "MITI-NO-EKI: DAIWASOYOKAZE-KAN." During the process of observation, we found that creative local revitalization indicated different situations and needs in different local areas, and the relationship in terms of fulfillment of eco-agriculture also differs.
