| 内容記述 | The purpose of this article is to make clear the causes of fraud and corruption in Japanese companies. After the occurrence of corporate scandals at Enron and World com. in the USA, the American goverment directed corporate CEOs to accept compliance programs for protecting companies from scandals. In Japanese companies, there were also many corporate scandals, for example, the window dressing at Livedoor and Kanebo, and the CEO of Mitsubishi Cars concealed the need for a recall for a longtimes. I want to analyse the correlations between Japanese characteristics of management organization and its corporate scandals. | |||||||
