| 内容記述 | This study, using Dohsa-method counseling, attempted to establish a mind-body experience which allow the client to cope with his symptom in a neutral attitude. Client was a 57 years old male, working in a huge computer company. Working harder without taking care of his health and struggling against a crisis of dismissal caused cramp in the stomach and difficulty in walking. His complaint was maintained in a vicious circle of bodily tension and anxiety-based attention to the symptom. From the first to the second stage of the therapy, he could alleviate the symptom during Dohsa-method counseling. However, this was restricted to the therapeutic situation, and his negative attitude toward the symptom still remained at home. The third to the fourth stage, he came to experience positive feeling in body-mind through Dohsa-method and hypnotic imagery, and could pay his attention to the symptom with a neutral affective-cognitive attitude. During the fifth and the sixth stage, as he could realize the relation between the symptom and the irrational belief, he could find better coping strategy with his life. | |||||||||||||
