This kind of scheme would be important to sustainable development of region and tourism under current paradigm of tourism. Through the case study in Cotswalds, some key points were obviously clarified. 1) Recreation culture to enjoy daily life and landscape should be developed more, 2) Walking activity should be more improved, 3) Natural beauty such as garden is basic infrastructure to raise tourist satisfaction, 4)Volunteer culture should be investigated.
