This is how to promote a collaboration(10) for sharing employee's individual knowledges and experiences, which goes deep into the heart of Knowledge Management(KM) in knowledge-creating companies. From this viewpoint, one may say that Collaboration, which has been growing with the use of Information Technology, will continue to thrive at the global enterprise level ; the age of KM is inevitable.  The first thing we notice is that there are numerous conferences and hundreds of articles in scholarly and business journals devoted to the broad acceptance of KM. By all accounts, KM is well on its way to becoming an essential feature of advanced business culture and is critical to business success, possibly to business survival in the 21th century.  Nevertheless, as yet, in Japan, there are several companies facing global-capitalism and promoting KM in ways that really matter to long-term success within a worldwide business market. What has been discussed in this paper seems reasonable to conclude that KM has been converting paradigms of business organization-formation on domestic and old-fashioned industrial criteria bases into ones of global and knowledge creating bases.}, pages = {43--61}, title = {日本企業グローバル化の発展段階としての知識経営}, volume = {11}, year = {} }
