| 内容記述 | This study note refers to business ethics from the perspective of business administration as well as theoretical assessment of management. Following to the incidents by Snow Brand Diary Inc and Nippon Ham Inc, bribery to high officer of Mongolian government by Mitsui Industry Inc, atomic power trouble by Tokyo Electronics Inc were found in 2002 August, both of which incidentally happened and could not be prevented beforehand. One of critical points here in those incidents is the attitude and behavioral norm that Japanese corporations are above all triiing to hide negative incidents by all means to the public. Corporations should be judged not so much by how they look as by what they are aware of. When CEO and employees of corporation maintain a high ethical awareness, and when its ethical norm is firmly preserved in each worker's mind, business ethics can take into effect throughout the corporation only with a minimum systematic reform of ethical standard. Ethical nature of corporation must represent the idea that while business evaluation must basically be reflected in economic value of pursuit for efficiency and profit, corporation must have, as an indispensable element for existence and growth of the corporation., "expressed awareness" to emphasize on social value dictated by stakeholder management. | |||||||
