Through these precedents I tried to show the development of jus cogens, and tried to organize the case law about jus cogens. My work is a continuation from many international lawyers. Their great works about jus cogens is a heritage for me. I stand these titan’s shoulders, and look at the outcome of jus cogens to be used for international justice. In this article I also see the new phenomenon tha came from the using of jus cogens. I tried to illuminate the meanings behind the phenomenon.
