It is obvious that the demand of education program for interpretation skill is increasing among students and in the field of tourism, museums and international understanding. Authors have studied the recent development of this kind of curriculum in universities, and to look for ideal programs in teaching interpretation. For latter purpose, first, we examined interpreter training programs run by Japanese universities, museums and also undergraduate programs from the U.S. and a graduate program from the U.K. Second, we studied a training program run by the National Association for Interpretation, based in the U. S. as a model.
