| 内容記述 | The conception of sex roles influences child raising. After having a baby, mother or father takes their statutory 15 months of maternity leave. The Swedish man seems to take care the children as much as his wife did. Sweden spends more tax money on primary and secondary education than any other country in the world. Recently DAGHEM (day care) changed to FÖRSKOLA (pre school). GRUDSKOLA is compulsary 9 years of schooling for all children beginning at６ or ７ years old. GYMNASIUM (high school) plays the role of occupation training without the next stage of education. Women make up half of Swedish workforce. In Sweden full-time housewife disappeared. Men and women, both gain money by labour, raise their children and do domestic duties. Both sex have equality of opportunity for men and women. But still now certain differences exist and women have to fight for getting the real equality. In addition to their paid jobs, women tend to have the overall responsibility for the home. As labour the Swedish are tied up in union gathering. They accurately take their atatutory ５ weeks of annual vacation. Swedish retirement age is 65 years old. Then they live on their pension. The elderly are treated sympathetically. The Swedish politics has been dominated by five main parties. Sweden was run continuously from 1932 to 1976 by the social democracy politicians who created the Swedish welfare state. The Swedish will for learning does not end with secondary school or university. They gather to evening classes where they study everything. The young and middle age group are on the training course. The aged draws up a class plan and learns by small fee. Immigrants even earn a little salary by attending classes to learn Swedish. This essay is about the Swedish life stage from the cradle to the grave. |
