| 内容記述 | This is the 5th report of successive studies on the affective aspect of imagery. In the former studies a special questionnaire named QIAI (Questionnaire for the inquiry of affective imagery) had been used. The QIAI is a list of paired words with 5 rating scales, in which the left word of each pair is the "object word" (32); self, father, mother, family, social and so on, and the right is the "basic affective word "(8) ; joy, hope, love, astonishment, sorrow, fear, anger and disgust. In this study, different form the former ones, the Semantic Differential method was used, in which the object words are 18 affective words and the paired adjectival words are 19 with 5 rating scales. Subjects were 53 male and 123 female students in the Bunkyo University. The result of the factor analysis concerning every affective word suggests that there are four dimensions of the affective images; the feeling of distress, loss, disturbance and sufficiency. And moreover, the result of the factor analysis of every paired adjectival ones shows that there are three dimensions on the quality of feeling; the quality of sure, state, estimation. |
