To investigate the reasons and the situation for obtaining qualifications, many questionnaires have been conducted. However, it is very difficult to understand the real situation. At Bunkyo University, the License Center has been founded for the support of students obtaining qualifications.\nThere, a user management system using a personal computer was set up, and actual user data over five years has been accumulated through the system.
