| 内容記述 | This paper studied potential factors promoting and inhibiting the formation of relationships for collaborative work between volunteers and their counterparts as part of the activities of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers. Various factors affect the formation of relationships between volunteers and their counterparts. Potentially serving as an element that promotes mutual understanding so that two parties can liaise consistently, one factor may be the specific aspects of mission definition in the following 3 senses; *A mission that allows a dispatched volunteer to self-actualize *How do local counterparts define their mission? *How does the dispatching organization define its mission and what role do JOCV requirements play in that process? |

| 内容記述 | 本稿では、青年海外協力隊事業において、カウンターパートとボランティアとの協働作業のための関係形成において、何が促進要因・阻害要因となりうるかを検討する。カウンターパートと隊員の関係形成を考えていく上で、様々な影響因子が考えられる。そしてその一つとして、下記の三つの次元の使命設定が具体的な次元で、矛盾無く連携しうるように、意志の疎通を図っていくことが促進要素となることが示唆された。 ・派遣された隊員が自己実現できるような使命 ・カウンターパートが自分たちの使命をどのように設定するのか。 ・派遣機関がどのように自分達の使命を設定して、そのプロセスにどのように青年海外協力隊の要請を位置づけているのか。 |
