 note = {This work, Promontoire, which was written by Arthur Rimbaud, contains a lot of description on outer scenery. However, in such cases as the imaginary cities are described, the viewpoint of the narrator is important. This imaginary city in this work expands from one part to the whole, by skilful technique of narration; to the expansion of the poetic space, arrangement of nouns chosen deliberately, postpositive phrases and clauses of qualifier operate effectively. At last, a lot of constructions are united by a noun, Palais-promintoire. In this thesis, I'd like to analyse the grammar framework, noun arrangements and postpositions of qualifier, and to consider the movement of viewpoint of the narrator and the expansion of poetic space in this work.},
