 note = {本論文の目的は、現在盛んに企業間で実施されている、企業問連携を新たな視点に立って分類すること、企業間連携を実施する主体者の「意図」を抽出すること、企業間連携が経営に及ぼす効果とリスクを検証することである。
　企業間連携の新しいパターン分類として「垂直連携」、「水平連携」、「越境連携」、「階層連携」の4つの新しい連携パターンを提唱する。各企業間連携が、経営にどのような影響を及ぼすか効果とリスクの側面について分析をする。分析に際しては、「規模の経済性」、「範囲の経済性」、「連結の経済性」、「ネットワークの経済性」の4つの経済性の効果とリスクを最近の企業間連携事例及び本稿でとりあげた事例研究から抽出する。
　分析の結果から企業間連携には、主体者が意図する効果のみならず、意図せざる結果のリスクが存在することが判明した。
　連携のパターンと経営上の効果との間は、垂直連携は連結の効果、水平連携は規模の効果、越境連携は範囲の効果、階層連携はネットワークの効果に強い関系があることが判明した。
