We compared clarity in the attribution of property rights of the asset-in this case an individual's career-between seniority-based promotion and result-oriented systems. We also compared clarity in the nature of an individual's career as an asset between students and working people. The degree to which a future career can be effectively used as an asset was measured according to whether or not career objectives are clearly determined. Results of the study showed a greater tendency for career objectives to be clear in a result-oriented system and among working people. This suggests that a career can be effectively used in cases where an individual is clearly a career owner and where the nature of the career as an asset is clearly vs. 成果主義”によって、また、財産としてのキャリアの内容が明確であるかどうかが“学生
