With a quick review of the history of NHK’s use of subcontractors and sub-subcontractors, this study revealed the following issues regarding the use of these companies in the Jinnan area where NHK is located: the turnover rate of employees on the side of the subcontractors is high and the work climate of each company is different. Study results showed that the behaviors of personnel outside the visual industry could prove effective in successful corporate collaboration. These behaviors consist of behaviors that are different from existing logic, and the study suggested that housewives, particularly those with parenting experiences could contribute to these behaviors.
