It consists of semi-structured interviews of veteran women's SCs, which were analyzed based on the Modified Grounded Theory Approach (M-GTA). Thirty-two concepts were generated as a result. These were organized into 10 categories, and a result chart was made. According to this, SCs work at schools, while possessing the entity that is important as an individual and as a clinician. An SC creates an environment which facilitates work at the school, and corrects action so that clinical models from other areas suit the school. In addition, SCs pursue specialization, learning from their surroundings, absorbing what they can acquire, and establishing it as a vocation.
