Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_date_43":{"attribute_name":"item_5_date_43","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2018-03-27","subitem_date_issued_type":"Created"}]},"item_5_description_12":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学的な概念や原理・法則に基づき,自然現象や事象について考え理解する科学的思考力は,自然に対する理解を深めるとともに,科学的リテラシーの向上にも繋がると考えられ,持続可能な社会を築いていく力になると期待される.そこで,学生の科学的思考力の育成を目標に,自然現象や事象の理解の過程を4段階に分け構成した学生主体の化学実験プログラムの作成を試みた.プログラムには,学生自身の自然に対する漠然とした興味を,その本質の興味へと学生自らが転換させる為の手立てとして「視覚化」を取り入れた.具体的な実験のテーマは,「ラジカル消去率の測定による物質の抗酸化能の評価」とし,ラジカル消去の化学現象を視覚化する実験系としてDPPH ラジカルの反応に伴う吸光度の変化を測定するDPPH 法を,化学現象に関わる要因を考察する助けとして理論面では分子軌道計算による物質の電子状態の視覚化を取り入れた.DPPH
