Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_date_43":{"attribute_name":"item_5_date_43","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2018-03-28","subitem_date_issued_type":"Created"}]},"item_5_description_12":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"大学生65名を対象として,「心理療法」の授業で自律訓練法と動作法(とけあい動作法)の講義と体験を行い,体験前後でPOMS短縮版を中心とした質問紙調査を行った.\n自律訓練法,動作法とも80%以上の学生がどのようなものか知らなかった.しかし,自律訓練法では,教員が公式を唱えた時には96.9%,自分で公式を唱えた時には72.3%の学生が重感を感じることができた.学生同士で行ったとけあい動作法でも84.6%の学生がリラックス感を感じることができた.\n体験前後でPOMS短縮版の下位尺度の得点についてpaired t-testを行ったところ,自律訓練法・動作法とも,体験後,緊張-不安,抑うつ-落ち込み,疲労,混乱,怒り-敵意の項目で有意な改善がみられ,動作法では前記の項目に加え,さらに活気も有意に改善することが示された.自律訓練法と動作法の体験後のPOMS短縮版の下位尺度の得点についてpaired
