 note = {An increasing number of books and studies refer to hospitality. Today, people seek the solace of improved interpersonal relationships. Hattori defined hospitality as“ the host and guest creating a cocreative partnership, based on mutual respect, that leads to mutual satisfaction. The results of that partnership meet or exceed the expectations of both parties, so both parties seek to establish that partnership again.” However, the process of creating such a partnership, i.e. through Dialogue, Conflict, and Re-appraisal of Mission, must be defined when looking at hospitality in the field of social welfare services. This paper examines the importance of defining and understanding hospitality as part of social welfare services.

現在ホスピタリティに言及した著述が増加している。現代社会がその人間関係の潤いによる癒しを求めていることによると思われる。ホスピタリティの定義には「ゲストとホストが人間の尊厳を持って相互に満足しうる対等となるにふさわしい、共創的相関関係で遇する。そして期待通りまたはそれ以上の結果に満足し、再びそれを求める」とある。しかし、社会福祉現場のケアにおけるホスピタリティを検討する上で、そのプロセスにおける対話―葛藤―使命の再認識のプロセスを言語化しておく必要があると思われる。本稿ではそのプロセスを言語化し、理解することの重要性について検討した。},
