In order to promote this active learning, it is necessary to evaluate effectively for educational activities, and Rubric is used as an example of this method. Rubric is an evaluation axis that divides a task into several elements and explains the contents that satisfy the evaluation criteria for each element. This can be used for evaluating of various tasks. Regarding to use the concept of active learning for class evaluation, seminar activities that can take forms of learning in various forms are easy to handle. Also in this report, the introduction of rubric evaluation was conducted for the workshop management of seminar activities. Evaluation charts were created according to the level of understanding and interests of the students. The evaluation chart was prepared from 5 scales, 7 evaluation stages, viewpoints of 24 evaluations. The evaluation on workshops handled by students in seminar activities is introduced. From the results, several merits of introducing Rubric evaluation is understood. The introduction of rubric evaluation is able to grasp of the stepwise and detailed situation of each student’s consciousness and comprehension degree.
