Secondary school teachers( M = 236, 135 men and 101 women) participated in a survey and responded to questionnaires assessing their perceptions regarding perceived and received support from school consultants and the sense of consultation effectiveness. Exploratory factor analysis of their responses regarding perceived support from school consultants indicated that the scale comprised two factors: Instrumental Support and Emotional Support. A new causal model composed of three levels explaining the influence of perceived and received support from school consultants on teachers’ sense of consultation effectiveness was developed by taking previous models into consideration. In the new model, perceived and real support from school consultants was regarded as received support from school consultants, which led to teachers’ sense of consultation effectiveness. This analysis indicated a causal relationship between perceived and received support from school consultants and teachers' ense of consultation effectiveness. Implications for future research on teachers’ requests for consultation services are discussed.}, pages = {23--32}, title = {学校コンサルタントからの知覚されたサポートおよび実行されたサポートが教師のコンサルテーション有効感に及ぼす影響}, volume = {40}, year = {} }
