 note = {This paper attempts to examine how the concept of “plurilingualism /pluriculturalism”is positioned in European Education in Germany. European Education is necessary in Germany in order to recognize the European dimension in education after World War Ⅱ. Through the help of the concept“Erinnerungskultur”, history education can be tied to“plurilingualim /pluriculturalism”. As a result, language and culture, which are common for an individual in everyday life, will connect to history education. It means that language education and history education are closely related. The concept of“plurilingualism /pluriculturalism”must be considered in the context of liberal arts education.},
