Here,"personification（adoption of a persona）" means the transition to a mental state in which the persona dominates the consciousness. Discussed here are several aspects of a persona, the meaning of work, how the world operates, money and wealth, habitual body movements, the danger of excessive adoption of a persona, obstacles to the adoption of a persona, transformation of a persona, the transformation of a persona, and mental typology.
"De-personification（discarding a persona）" means the transition to a mind state in which the ego occupies the center of the consciousness. Several topics are discussed, including desires, the conflict between desires and the persona, emotional experiences, physical experiences, the activity of the unconscious, and the impact of sightseeing.
