年生49 名を対象として，実習の時間的経緯の中で感じるストレスとストレスコーピングの推移について，質問紙調査を行った．基本的作業のストレス得点が一番高かったが，実習が始まると下がっていた．\n実習生のストレス得点の増減を個人で追ってみると，実習業務では，ストレスが増加したものが4 割いた．対子どもストレスも，実習前よりも増加している者がおよそ4割いた．ストレスコーピングでは，計画立案・カタルシス・肯定的解釈が，よく行うコーピングであった．\n対子どもストレスとストレスコーピングの関連では，ストレス増群の方がコーピングを多く使っていた．3
