| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the semantic structure of dramatis personae in a folk tale. The impression of twelve characters in Grimm's "Rotkäpchen" was rated by 96 undergraduate students using semantic differential scales. As a result, based on the calculated semantic distances, the characters were divided into hierarchical groupings by means of cluster analysis. Principal factor analysis revealed four factors underlying the impression of characters: loveliness, vitality, power of goodwill and morality. | |||||||||||||
