The results were as follows: There was significant negative relation between perceptions of teachers about helping characteristics of school consultants and 'depersonalization'. But, there was no significant relation between perceptions of teachers about helping characteristics of school consultants and 'emotional exhaustion' and 'personal accomplishment'.
