| 内容記述 | Here this report is the result of an investigation into the actual condition to fifty three students who major in the seminar "social work supporting technique". They are in the third grade of the human sciences faculty as of 1996. The purpoce is for grasping some factors about our students, namely knowledge about social work itself and the job in connection with socisl work, mental attitude and state just before starting their social work practice, experience and study by the field practice, and impressions and reflection after it. The change of practice effect is grasped by analyzing these factors. Every students had twice practices. The investigation to the student was held just one week before and after each practice. Questionnaire was used as the procedure. Here I will summerize the result. Their tension of second practice becomes weaker than first one. Their knowledge about socisl work increases and their study effect on building human relation is remarkable. But some give up getting the job of social work through their practice. For the student who wants to be social worker in the future, field practice is the first barrier. I think this experience has an important effect on their thoughts. |
