| 内容記述 | There emerge now two kinds of pressing problems to be solved by white-collar workers, especially university graduates employed by big companies. One is to cope with speedily changing market environments which induce severer competitions with each others. Another is to be prepared for the second occupational careers before and after retirement age. This tentative article explains recent trends to be observed in both sides, and urges attention to the positive sides of each careers in case of career redevevelopment for middle-aged and over white-collar workers. |
