| 内容記述 | This issue introduces a discontinued case and analyses the cause of the discontinuity. The main cause of the discontinuity is considered the plan of the treatment: the therapist made great account of the child's treatment and made little account of mother's counseling. The client of this issue is the autistic girl aged 4 years and a half. The therapist made a behavior modification method to the girl for two years. The mother couldn't accept the handicap of her child and made a hard training. But the therapist couldn't realize the emotional situation of the mother and made few turns of counseling. The therapist became consious of the failure of the treatment plan and proposed the change of the treatment to the mother. The case was discontinued at the time of the girl's entrance to the regular class of primary school. | |||||||||
