| 内容記述 | IG Metall has recently been giving enthusiastic attention to Lean Production System, the root of which is so-called Toyotism. The focal point of Lean Production System is the teamwork, but the efficiency derives only from the cooperation of the following factors-teamwork, KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement Process), Zero-Defect Principle, JIT (Zero Buffer Time Principle), customer orientation, efficient R&D, enterprise culture and integration of suppliers. IG Metall is now groping for the most appropriate German Way. and what is suggestive to us from the standpoint of humane working conditions in Japan, is Qualified Teamwork (specialists orientation; promotion of competence and qualification), respect to ecological soundness and social responsibility. |
