| 内容記述 | This paper is for quantative description of the cases of the "growth experiences", on which the author has described qualitatively and theoretically in the previous books and articles. Analysis was made on 60 cases of growth experiences in counseling and psycotherapy (counseling cases) and 40 other cases on which the investigation of growth experiences was avilable (investigation cases). Causes or turning points for growth experiences were classified into 7 categories ; encounter to others, self-expression, satisfaction, suffering, illness, training and social practice (Table 1). Contents or effects of experiences were studied by means of the scale as shown in Table 3 for each category of liveliness, release, stabilization, self-establishment, self-acceptance, insight, sensitivization and encounter (Table 2). Cases of "peak experiences" were studied at last. | |||||||||
