| 内容記述 | The teen court system is a diversion program for juvenile justice in the United States. This study examined the potential for introduction of a teen court in Japan based on a survey of the attitudes of 294 college students. Students understood the advantages and the effects of the teen court from the viewpoint of legal education in Japan. This study interpreted the teen court from the viewpoint of legal education in Japan and this study described the potential for a diversion program using existing institutions. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | アメリカ合衆国の少年司法のダイバージョンの一つにティーンコートがある。われわれはわが国へのティーンコート導入の可能性を検討した。我が国へのティーンコート導入の可能性を大学生に対する意識調査に基づいて検討を行った。対象となった大学は294名であった。その結果、大学生は、ティーンコートの利点や効果については理解を示しながらも、わが国の青少年の風土や文化になじまないのではないかと考える傾向にあった。これについて、わが国の法教育の観点から解釈するとともに、現在、すでに設置されている諸施設を利用するダイバージョンの可能性を述べた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||
