| 内容記述 | The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global economy is enormous, and even at this point (end of March 2021), there is no end in sight. The Japanese economy is also in a difficult situation, and tourism-related companies have been severely hit. In this paper, we will focus on these companies, grasping the current status of the companies from information such as financial statements and management plans published by each company, and confirm the countermeasures taken by each company. We decided to organize the risk management strategies that should be taken from a short-term perspective and a medium- to long-term perspective. In addition, we will consider changes in post-corona companies and consider the skills that will be required of employees in the future. Solutions to the problem of this pandemic are not currently in sight, and there are many issues that need to be resolved. These issues will need to be sorted out and examined once the end of the pandemic has been confirmed. |
