| 内容記述 | This article is dealing with next points; A) to describe the significant features on the Citizens’ Deliberation in Chigasaki city and B) to argue the meaning on a Citizens’ Deliberation for citizens and local governments. This is a tentative analysis on the Citizens’ Deliberation in Chigasaki city through the experiences on planning and managing the deliberation in 2022. It is so clear that the Covid-19 effected in the fields of citizen’s activities, especially in face-to- face communication. In Chigasaki city, the Deliberation had been cancelled in 2020. And only minimum operation of the citizens’ workshop had been conducted by online meeting apps in 2021. However, Chigasaki municipality office had vigorously decided to hold a face-to-face deliberation on 11th Sep. 2022. Although it was a half day (3 hours) event, 30 citizens had got together in Chigasaki municipality office and discussed on Chigasaki’s future model of Digitalized society. This article is not only for having the hints for continuing the deliberation itself, but also for refining the importance and the possibilities of the deliberation. Then, we will be able to think the utilization of the Citizens’ Deliberation. |
