| 内容記述 | Over the past few years, individual organizations have found it difficult to address certain issues faced by children, such as child abuse, juvenile delinquency, violence and bullying at school, and truancy. In such cases, cooperation by organizations, including schools, has proven to be an important way to address those issues. However, attempts at cooperation do not always go well. Many cases have ended in an impasse because of discrepancies between the perspectives of the organizations involved. When several organizations are involved and multiple specialists in different vocations are called to respond, their response is often hampered. To support families and youth who have been impacted by issues such as abuse and delinquency, this study addresses the issues that arise when organizations such as schools, the police, and child consultation centers work together to address problems in the early stages. In addition, this study examines the training of coordinators, thoughts regarding management that need to be shared, and the basis for action by personnel from the organizations involved. |
