| 内容記述 | This is the 12th report of a set of studies on analysis of some emotional experiences. This study aims to analyze the experience of anxiety. 590 free descriptions in 607 subjects were adopted as available data. These descriptions were classified into 38 scenes, and then classified into 15 patterns. Finally, these were organized into 5 themes about relations to one-self. That is (1) interaction with someone close, (2) achievement of challenges, (3) everyday stable life, (4) physical maintenance and security, (5) adjustment of self mind and body, and it was made up of frequencies of these scenes, patterns, or thems, and indeed was investigated by those means. The conclusions showed that the constitution of experience about anxiety has 5 elements. That is A) before and after the disturbing situation occurs, B) evaluated primarily that difense is insufficient, C) evaluated secondarily that the absoluteness of defense is not guaranteed, D) depending on the degree of spatial and temporal contiguity, and E) for the situation, at that time, feelings of anxiety arises. | |||||||
