| 内容記述 | By the reason of Increasing Nonpayment against the Receiving License Fee, caused by disgraceful matters, The Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) faces an acute CRISIS. Trends in Assimilation between Broadcast and Communication, rapid progress of Broadband transmission and movement of Multi-Channel threaten the basis of Public Broadcasting Corporations in the world. In June 2006, A Report was filed from “the Meeting discuss about what Communication & Broadcast should be in Digital Age”, abbreviate private “TAKENAKA MEETING” (TAKENAKA was the former minister of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications). This Report designated that the year 2011 would be Perfect Digital Year by disusing Broadcasting Analogue Waves and whole Media would be integrated digital by using Optical Fiber. “TAKENAKA MEETING” appointed to review, reconstruct and reorganize the Communication Infrastructure in Japan, specifically refer to NHK and NTT. In July, “Government Committee to urge Deregulation & Introduction of Private Sector Vitality “submitted the mutual draft of a report on NHK. It went with almost same stream as TAKANAKA MEETING. In April 2007, the Law of Broadcast was revised partially at the Abe Cabinet, But the Law was passed up the Diet, So, we will have a little time to discuss about NHK. This Report is to make an analysis of “the share of the Public Broadcasting Corporation should be in Digital Age”, comparison with various organizations. \n PART Ⅰ deal with 2005～2007.4 PART Ⅱ deal with 2007.5～2007.9 |
