| 内容記述 | This paper examines whether Japanese information gathering in the multilateral aid organizations is effective or not, in terms of project finding and procurement services in comparision with Americans. The activities of international financial institutions such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Bank and African Development Bank as well as the United Nations Technical Agencies, are calefully reviewed, to measure the usefulness and beneficiaries of these organizations as one of the potential world-wide export markets. In conclusion, it is clearly observed that Japan has made an effort to overcome her disadvantageous factors over US in location, manpower, and information flow through the multilateral aid organizations in the international business. The study indicates, however, that Japan still stands far behind the US in the political power influencing the above organizations, even though the US puts less priority on Multilateral aid organizations than bilateral aid operations. |
