| 内容記述 | With a medium and small-sized business credit risk information database, I analyzed a management trend of a recent medium and small-sized business. As a result, the following conclusions were provided. Primarily the big factor that a difference of rate of return of a company is dependent greatly how an expense, a debt, fixed assets are compressed at the same time. Third, as a characteristic of the company where rate of return largely improves for the better, there is a mark that company scale is considerably small. Fourth, even if rate of return of a company largely improves for the better, a finance cost of the company does not show many conspicuous falls. It is necessary for banks to plan loan interest rate reduction more positively for such a company. | |||||||
