| 内容記述 | This crisis tells us that our international society needs a constitution. We rely on a constitution to stand crisises and protect our world. Can not the present international law resolve problem like the crisis? No, it can. But we have to say present international law lacks a more stronger leadership to command our world or states to take common action. If international law play a constitutional role, we will resolve problems more quickly and commonly, we will protect their interests for states more commonly and fairly. International law must be a constitution. | |||||||
