| 内容記述 | In order to discuss various factors which had been regarded as so-called bottleneck in attempting to unify the concept of delinquency, 315 psychological specialists in the field of juvenile delinquency（hereafter mentioned as PS）, i.e. Juvenile Classification Officers, Family Court Social Investigators, and so forth, were surveyed. The quesionnaire on differentiating delinquency was sent to PS by mail. Data from 74 PS who sent back the quesionnare, and answered all or almost all quesion items in it，were analyzed from following two aspects; (1) What sort of opinions on differentiating delinquency should be supported by PS (2) What sort of sub-factors composing of the degree of delinquency should be selected by PS For reasons of space, results of analyses from the aspect（2）will be reported in next 4th report. Main findings based on analyses from the aspect（1）, were as follows; (1) PS recognized the necessity of unifing the concept of delinquency, and understood that delinquency could be differentiated and composed of multidimension. (2) PS recognized that delinquency had to be differenciated based on not only their practical experiences, but also their agreements, and that differentiating delinquency had to play an important role in practices of judging and correcting delinquents. (3) Factor analysis among 25 quesion items which were concerned with PS' opinions on differentiating delinquency, was carried out, and 8 factors were extracted. 3 factors were regarded as important, and the first, second, and third factors were named "serious consideration of practical experiences", "utility in practical settings", and "contribution to corrections", respectively. |
