| 内容記述 | Environmental education has brought about new learning methods in life-long education. We human beings must create a durable environment. At the same time, we aim for self-realization by improving our environment. Merleau-Ponty indicated the way human beings coexist with their environment some time ago. We learn through our bodies, which are in contact with the environment, and we change the environment using our bodies. Environmental education has valued learning methods such as "participation", "partnership", and "cross action learning" which allow us to realize the relationship of coexistence between human beings and their environment. "Participation" is where a learner learns and reacts with awareness and thus lives in his or her environment with consciousness. "Partnership" is where a learner cooperates with others while acknowledging differences in things such as culture, viewpoints, and roles. "Cross action learning" is learning by crossing among generations and areas, and also learning in the field. It also refers to learning by exchanging opinions with a variety of people and also through networking. The methods of learning described above can change the way in which we learn from each other. |
